1. Unit Head – International Compliance (AVP)

Reporting To:

Wing Head – International Compliance Wing (East)

Qualifications:

• Graduation from HEC-recognized local or international university
• Master’s degree or professional certifications preferred

Experience:

• At least 6 years of banking experience in regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, sanctions, or international compliance

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and analytical thinking
• Proficient in MS Office and BI tools
• Good understanding of SBP regulations and banking law
• Team player with a result-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

• Supervise offsite compliance reviews and suggest updates
• Conduct QA of reports, trackers, and international compliance reviews
• Coordinate with Compliance Officers and internal teams
• Review risk assessments, proposals, and audit responses
• Prepare presentations for senior committees
• Track regulatory updates and MIS reporting

2. Compliance Monitoring Officer (OG-II/OG-III)

Reporting To:

Unit Head – Monitoring

Qualifications:

• Graduation from HEC-recognized university
• Relevant certifications from recognized institutions preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in internal audit or banking compliance

Key Skills:

• Proficient in MS Excel
• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist in control re-testing and compliance checks
• Support off-site reviews and data analysis
• Track audit issues and submit compliance reports
• Review quality of key regulatory returns and submissions

Test/Interview:

Employment Type:

The job is contract-based for three years, renewable on performance. Compensation and benefits will follow NBP’s official policy
