Brief Job Description

• Lead and develop EXIM Bank’s compliance strategy to ensure full adherence to internal policies and regulatory obligations.
• Manage policies such as KYC, AML, CFT, and Proliferation Financing in line with global best practices.
• Oversee risk mitigation, compliance culture, and regulatory liaison with SBP and other regulators.
• Conduct compliance training, update regulations, and represent the compliance function in meetings.
• Report directly to the CEO and President.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields from an HEC-recognized university.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years relevant work experience with a bank or development finance institution in Pakistan.
• At least 4 years of senior management or leadership compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance management.
